摘要 目的建立一种椎动脉型颈椎病动物模型,探索椎动脉型颈椎病的病因和发病机制。方法采用切除兔颈背部浅、深两层肌肉的方法建立动物模型。120 d后制作病理切片检测椎动脉。结果椎动脉管腔变窄,内膜增生,管壁明显增厚。结论采用破坏兔颈部动力平衡的方法可以成功制作椎动脉型颈椎病动物模型。模型中椎动脉结构出现异常。 Objective To establish an animal model of arteria vertebral cervical sponylosis, and then study the causes and patho- genesis of arteria vertebral cervical sponylosis. Methods Through excision of superficial and deep layer muscle of the back of rabbit neck to establish animal model of arteria vertebral cervical sponylosis. Pathological sections of vertebral artery were made to observe 120 days later. Results Vertebral artery lumen became narrow, intima hyperplasia, wall incrassation. Conclusion Through destroying the dynamic balance of rabbit neck can successfully establish the animal model of arteria vertebral cervical sponylosis; in the model the vertebral artery structure was abnormal.
