摘要
老龄问题涉及政治、经济、文化和社会生活诸多领域,是社会服务、社会管理的重要组成部分,关系到国计民生和国家的长治久安。加快社会工作专业人才队伍建设,充分发挥他们在协调社会关系,促进社会和谐,提高养老服务业软实力等方面不可替代的独特作用,是应对人口老龄化促进社会和谐的重要举措之一。
Aging problem is closely related with many aspects of our society such as politics,economy and culture. It can also affect the wellbeing of the people and the stability of the country. Therefore,it is an important part of social management and service work. The acceleration of the aging society,together with social reality of aging before becoming rich,will give rise to many social problems. To speed up the building of social worker talent team is one of the ways to cope with the problems of aging society and promote the harmony of the society as they can play a significant role in coordinating social relationships and promoting harmony. This paper analysed the functions of social workers in the aging society, the current problems in the social worker talent cultivation,and then put forward several suggestions to improve out work.
