摘要
走校企、校政合作之路,实现教育与经济相结合,是地方高校培养适应经济和社会发展需要的高素质应用型人才的重要途径。地方高校可通过实训基地建设、“双师型”队伍培养、企业员工培训、科研项目开发等方式与企业和政府紧密结合,实现各方优势互补,资源共享,谋求共同发展。
It is an important way for regional colleges and universities to cultivate high - level professional personnel who meet the needs of economic and social development by promoting school - enterprise and school - government cooperation and integrating education into economy. Local colleges and universities can establish close relations with the enterprise and government, share advantages and information with them and seek for mutual development by establishing practical training bases, training teachers capable of teaching and researching, training enterprise employees, developing scientific research programs, etc.
