摘要从媒介融合对中高端体育新闻传播人才的现实需求出发,梳理了我国体育新闻传播学硕士研究生教育的现状与问题,对我国体育新闻传播学硕士研究生的人才培养目标进行了重新定位,并在导师队伍建设、课程体系改革、教学方式创新等方面提出了相应的改革建议。 The paper discusses the current demand of media integration put on high-level sports journalism and communication talents and the current situation and problems of the sports journalism and communication postgradu- ate development in China. The paper redefines the goals of the sports journalism and communication postgraduate de- velopment in China and proposes suggestions on the reforms of tutor＇ s development, curricular system and teaching methods.
