目的 建立能模拟心肌延迟整流钾电流 (IK)两种成分的数学模型 .方法 用计算机重建技术实现动力学机制的模拟 .结果 重建了心肌 IK 两种成分的通道电流 ,开关因子动态过程及 I- V曲线 .结论 该模型能有效模拟心肌
AIM To develop a mathematical model for simulating two components of cardiac delay rectifier K + current. METHODS Computer reconstruction was used to simulate the kinetics. RESULTS Two components of cardiac delay rectifier K + current, kinetic process of open close factor and current voltage curve were reconstructed. CONCLUSION Developed model is an effective means to simulate the kinetics of two components of cardiac delay rectifier K + current.
