摘要
针对某炼钢厂转炉煤气加压站系统出口压力不稳定,无法满足下游用户生产的实际问题,提出一种基于多级网络控制的同步变频监控系统设计方法,并对原系统进行升级改造。介绍了运用Modbus,PROFIBUS和工业以太网总线实现转炉煤气加压监控的总体设计方案、网络结构、系统组成和实现方法。针对系统中设备通讯接口,通过不同的通讯协议,将系统中的各个参变量集成到主控机PLC中,用监控计算机实现对整个系统的监控。通过多级网络完成现场设备与远程监控设备的通讯,使转炉煤气加压系统的自动化水平得到一定提高。
In allusion to the converter gas pressurization is not stable and cant satisfy the practical problems of downstream users'pro- duction, this paper proposes a design method of synchronous variable frequency monitoring system based on multilevel network and up- grades the original system. This paper introduces complete design project, system composition, structure of network and realizable way of monitor and control system for converter gas pressurization system based on Modbus, Profibus and Industrial Ethernet bus. For equip- ment communication interface of the system, each parameter in the system will be integrated into the master machine PLC getting through different communication protocols. Use the monitoring computer to realize the whole system's monitoring. The practical applica- tion indicates that the system possesses excellent performance and obtains very well effects in industrial production. Through using the multistage network to achieve the communication of the field equipment and remote monitoring equipment and make the automation level of converter gas pressure system improving.
