摘要
介绍3964R协议帧格式及点到点(PTP)串口通讯模块CP341,并根据叶轮给煤机的控制要求,设计了叶轮给煤机的控制流程,通过3964R协议数据区的协议扩展及协议封装模块的调用,通过现场编程,验证了CP341模块和第3方设备采用3964R协议通讯,具有成本低、稳定性强、可靠性高的优点,有较强的实践指导意义。
The paper covers the frame format of the 3964R protocol and the CP341 point-to-point serial communication module,as well as how to design the coal impeller feeder and control flow to meet the control requirement.Through extending the protocol from the 3964R protocol data block,the call of the package module,and field programming,it is verified that the CP341 module and communication with third party equipment through the 3964R protocol has the advantages of low cost,high stability and high reliability.It has some guidance to practice.
