悬浮载体生物流化床啤酒废水同步硝化反硝化研究

Research on Simultaneous Nitrification and Denitrification of Beer Wastewater Treatment by Suspended Carriers Biological Fluidized Block

摘要 中小型点源污染控制是提高水环境质量和解决水资源短缺的关键,悬浮载体生物流化床(ISCBFB)处理效率高、占地面积小,适合此类污水的处理。试验原水为河北公牛啤酒厂生产废水,本文分别研究了DO、C/N比、有机负荷、温度及pH值对同步硝化反硝化的影响。试验结果表明,随着C/N比的下降,氨氮和总氮的出水浓度增高,去除率随之下降;DO为3.7mg/L、有机负荷达到17kg/(m3·d)的环境条件下达到最佳处理效果。 The control of small and medium size point pollution sources is the key of improving water quality and solving the issue of water resource shortage. The removal efficiency of the suspended carriers biological fluidized block (ISCBFB) is high and it is suitable for point sources treatment with little occupation. The raw water by using ISCBFB based on the wastewater produced from GongNiu Beer Company. This paper studied the influence to simultaneous nitrification and denitrification by DO, C/N and the organic load. The results showed that removal efficiency of nitrogen will drop with the decline of C/N. The best removal effi- ciency is under the condition of DO is 3.7mg/L and the organic load is 17kg/ (m^3· d).
