摘要
目的 :探讨聚吡咯和周围神经组织的生物相容性。方法 :取新生大鼠的背根神经节及细胞与聚吡咯膜联合培养 ,免疫细胞化学双重染色 ,光镜和扫描电镜观察。结果 :背根神经节中 ,雪旺氏细胞生长迁移活跃 ;神经细胞突起借助雪旺氏细胞向外延伸 ,同时雪旺氏细胞和神经元又可借助这些神经突起向外迁移。游离神经细胞能在聚吡咯膜上良好生长 ,伸出多极突起及分枝。结论 :在体外 ,聚吡咯与大鼠周围神经组织有较好的生物相容性。
Objective: The paper investigated the biocompatibility of polypyrrole(PP) with peripheral nerve tissue. Methods: The dorsal root ganglia(DRG) from 1~3 day SD rat, and the cells of DRG was co-cultured with PP. The samples were stained with immunocytochemistry, and observed by light and scan electron microscopy. Results: The Schwann's cells migrating from the DRG grew better on the surface of PP than on the surface of naked glass. The neurons were prolonged by Schwann's cells migrating; meanwhile, Schwann's cell and neuron migrated along these neurons. The neurons, dissociated from DRG, grew well on the surface of PP. Conclusion: There is good biocompatibility between PP and peripheral nerve tissue of rat, and the cells of the nerve tissue are suitable for growing or migrating on surface of PP in vitro.
