奥曲肽在急性胰腺炎抗炎及免疫调节中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察奥曲肽在急性胰腺炎治疗过程中的抗炎及免疫调节作用。方法:60例确诊为急性胰腺炎的患者,随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上给予静脉滴注奥曲肽治疗。结果:与对照组相比,实验组静脉血中的内源性致炎因子TNF-α、IL-6显著下降,血浆免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎有明显的抗炎作用,并能上调患者的免疫功能,有益于急性胰腺炎的治疗。 Objective:To investigate the effect of octreotide on the anti--inflammation and immunoregula- tion for patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 60 patients with acute pancreatitis were ran- domly divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment, and those in experimental group were treated with the conven- tional treatment and intravenous octreotide injection. Results: Compared with control group, the endogenic inflammatory factors including serum TNF--a and IL--6 were significantly decreased and the immunoglob- ulin including IgG and IgM were significantly increased inexperimental group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Oct- reotide has obvious anti--inflammatory effect and could up--regulate the immune function, which is help- ful for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
