摘要
通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈和数理统计对广西兴安县兴安中学阳光体育的开展现状进行调查分析。研究发现,学生对阳光体育的认识不足、学生的锻炼时间不足、学校的体育资源不足、学校体育课内容和目标不合理、校园体育文化氛围的建设不够等是造成阳光体育开展不利的主要问题。在此基础上对学校和学生提出相应要求,为更好的推动阳光体育健康发展,使学生能够真正把体育锻炼融入自己的日常生活之中,不断提高身体素质,使其能够健康快乐的成长提供理论和实践依据。
Through literature, questionnaires, interviews and statistics on the status of conduct Xing^n Xingan County Sunshine School Sports investigation and analysis. The study found that students＂ understanding of the sun sports, insufficient exercise time students, lack of sports resources of the school, the school physical education con- tent and objectives unreasonable construction of campus sports culture are the main problems caused by insufficient sunlight Sports in unfavorable. On this basis, the school and the students presented the corresponding require- ments, in order to better promote the healthy development of sports sun, so that students can really put physical ac- tivity into their daily lives, and constantly improve their physique, so that it can grow up healthy and happy to pro- vide theoretical and practical basis.
