非血缘异基因造血干细胞移植后出血性膀胱炎病例分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨非血缘异基因造血干细胞移植后并发出血性膀胱炎的治疗策略。方法对2009年至2012年在西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院血液科行非血缘异基因造血干细胞移植患者中发生迟发型出血性膀胱炎的8例病例进行回顾分析。结果 7例患者经水化、碱化尿液、强迫利尿,抗病毒,甲强龙治疗后痊愈;1例患者常规及抗病毒治疗效果不佳,经持续膀胱冲洗和药物膀胱灌注后好转。结论出血性膀胱炎是造血干细胞移植的常见并发症,水化、碱化尿液及抗病毒治疗的同时,应尽早加用激素控制病情,膀胱冲洗和药物灌注也是有效的治疗手段。
