铝合金焊接变形的火焰调修技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对铝合金的焊接变形,本文以6005A铝型材为研究对象,采用火焰加热对其焊接变形矫正,研究了两种矫正温度下焊缝的组织和性能。试验结果表明:火焰矫正温度对接头的抗拉强度、焊缝附近硬度以及对接头软化区的晶粒影响较大,100℃时基本无变化,400℃时接头抗拉强度则仅为加热前的67%,焊缝附近硬度降低,软化区扩大;火焰矫正温度对接头的晶粒影响亦较大,100℃时晶粒基本无变化,400℃时则晶粒显著粗化。 For the welding deformation of aluminum alloy, taking 6005A aluminum alloy as research object, the welding microstructure and mechanical properties at two different temperatures through flame heating were studied. The results show that the flame heating temperature has great influences on the tensile strength of the welded joint. The hardness near the welding and the softening zone, have no change at 100 ~C, but at 400 ~C, then the tensile strength drops to 67%, the hardness declines and softening area extends. The flame heating temperature has much influence on the grain size, and it has no change at 100~C, but it coarsens at 400~C.
