摘要
采用高强度铝合金挤压型材批量组焊铝合金车体,在生产中出现了大量技术难题。其中最严要的是铝合金焊接变形。通过多次材料强度试验以及火焰调修工艺试验,找到了铝合金变形规律,此技术是借鉴德国铝合金焊接调修成熟的工艺技术,结合公司实际工艺特点制定的铝合金焊接后的火焰调修技术工艺参数,为铝合金车焊接成功积累了宝贵的工艺经验。
There have arisen plenty of technical baffling problems in using the high-strength extruding of aluminium alloy which was welded into the carbody of aluminium alloy in batches, Among them, the most important one is deforming of aluminium alloy. Now we have found the law of deforming of aluminium alloy by using the technology of welding of aluminium alloy in Germany to adjust the flame repairing technology parameter after the welding of aluminium alloy which combines characteristic of company's actual technology which has accumulated valuable technology experience for welding success of aluminium alloy.
