摘要
针对某热轧钢板桩轧制过程中的孔型设计问题,采用有限元分析软件的显示动力学算法,结合现场试验测量的参数,对钢板桩过渡孔型的轧制过程进行了数值模拟研究。根据模拟结果,可知道异型轧制断面内节点在宽展方向和延伸方向上的位移矢量分布规律和异形断面上跟踪节点处单位压力的变化情况。结果表明:异型轧制断面中翼缘处存在位移中性面,且腹板处设计变形量过大易在孔型中产生过充满等边部形变缺陷或轧制翘曲缺陷。
Aiming at pass design problems of a hot rolled steel sheet piles in rolling process, the rolling process of the steel sheet pile transition pass was numerically simulated by using the dynamic explicit calculational methods of finite element software and combined with the parameters of field test measurement. According to the simulation results, displacement vector distribution of special rolling section nodes in broadsing and extending directions and change rule of unit rolling pressure on special section nodes were known. The results show that the neutral surface of displacement exists in the flange profile of the rolling section; the larger deformation designed in web easily produces deformation defects (overfill etc ) on edge or rolling warp defects.
