摘要
采用平行辊矫直原理,建立了辊距不等的9辊强力矫直机的矫直力数学模型,并针对某厂9辊强力矫直机矫直60 mm厚Q345中厚板采用弹塑性有限元法ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立中厚板矫直过程的三维动态有限元分析模型。揭示了矫直力在各辊上的变化规律,验证了该厂矫直60mm厚Q345中厚板矫直工艺的合理性。
Based on the principles of parallel roller straightening,the mathematical model of straightening force for nine-roller powerful straightening machine was established with unequal roller spacing and three-dimensional dynamic finite element analysis model of straightening Q345 60mm thick plate and nine-roller powerful straightening machine of a factory using elastic-plastic finite element method ANSYS / LS-DYNA.The straightening force variation rules on the straightening rollers were revealed.The reasonable of straightening process of straightening Q345 with 60 mm thickness plate for a factory was studied.
