摘要
对汽车顶盖成形过程中的起皱、拉裂缺陷,采用有限元仿真软件Dynaform对其进行了分析。并对压边力以及拉延筋的布置对制件质量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,仿真分析能为模具结构改进及成形工艺参数优化提供依据,可以大大缩短模具制造周期、降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
The defects such as wrinkles and cracks in the automobile cover forming process were analyzed by using finite element simulation software Dynaform. The influences of the blank holder force and drawbead layout on the quality of the parts were studied. The results show that the simulation analysis can provide the basis for the improvement of the die structures and the optimization of the forming process parameters, and it can greatly shorten the die manufacturing cycles, reduce the production costs and improve the production efficiency.
