摘要
轿车外覆盖件表面质量要求越来越严格,然而外覆盖件的变形一直是模具制造工艺的一大难题。本文就外覆盖件常见的变形区域进行工艺分析和探索,并提出改善措施和方案。
Automobile cover parts surface quality requirements more stringent, however, Its deformation always die manufacturing process of a difficult problem. This paper process analysis and exploration in frequently area of covering parts deformation, and put forward the improvement measures and solutions.
