轧辊的使用寿命与其材质、设计、机械加工以及内部金相组织等因素有关。通过对失效轧辊的检验分析，找出报废原因及改进措施。
The service life of roller is concerned with the material design machine work,inside metallographic stvucture and so on .Through the test analysing of ineffective rollers,the reasons of out of service ane found out and the improving measures are put formard.
