热休克蛋白90α在女性巨乳症中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨巨乳中的热休克蛋白90α的表达及定位,并分析其在巨乳症发病中的作用机制.方法 采用免疫组化法测定40例巨乳乳腺组织及40例正常体积乳腺组织中热休克蛋白90α的表达及定位.结果 热休克蛋白90α在巨乳乳腺组织中的表达率为87.5%,在正常体积乳房乳腺组织中的表达率为22.5%.两者差异具有统计学意义.结论 热休克蛋白90α在巨乳症乳腺组织中呈高表达,提示热休克蛋白90α可能参与了巨乳症的发生及发展. Objective To investigate expressions of Hsp90α and its position, analyzing the mechanism of action in formation of mammary hypertrophy. Methods Tissues ( 80 samples) were collected from 40 pa- tients with mammary hypertrophy and 40 patients with normal breast and the expression of Hsp90c~ and its posi- tion were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results The protein level of Hsp90α was significantly in- creased in mammary hypertrophy tissues (87.5%) compared with that in normal tissues (22.5%). Conclu- sion Hsp90α may plays an important role in the development of mammary hypertrophy.
