摘要
分析了当前我国铸造行业发展人才需求与高校铸造技术人才培养的现状。探讨了应用型本科院校铸造技术人才培养目标和办学定位,探索了模块化课程体系的构建和实践教学体系的改革,强化工程实践和职业能力培养,推行"学历学位证书+职业资格证书"人才培养模式,培养适应铸造行业发展的高级应用型专门人才。
The present status quo of talent demand for foundry industry development and foundry technical special talent training in colleges and universities was analyzed. The goal and orientation of the foundry technical special talent training in application-oriented institutes were discussed. The way how to structure modular curriculum system and how to innovate practical teaching system was explored to strengthen the training of engineering practice and occupation ability. The talent training mode of academic degree certificate and occupation qualification certificate was practiced to cultivate special advanced applied talents for foundry industry development.
