摘要
采用电子束表面处理技术,研究了添加Fe粉数量对ADC12铝合金硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着Fe在Al-Fe混合粉中含量的增加,合金层硬度逐渐提高。当Fe粉含量为50%时,合金层硬度达到基体的6倍,具有最佳的耐磨性。
The effect of Fe powder content on the hardness and wear resistance of the aluminum alloy ADC12 was investigated using electron beam surface treatment technology. The results show that the hardness of the alloying layer increases with the increase of Fe content in Al-Fe mixed powder. When the content of Fe is 50%, the hardness of the alloy is 6 times as large as that of the substrate, and the wear resistance of the alloy is also optimal.
