摘要
用8个亲本恢复系按GriffingⅣ配制26个恢复系间单交种,分析了亲本恢复系的一般配合力和26个单交组合的特殊配合力。结果表明,亲本的一般配合力之间及组合的特殊配合力之间均有较大差异,同时组合特殊配合力效应的方向并非与其亲本一般配合力的方向一致,主茎穗总粒数、实粒数、结实率和有效穗数特殊配合力比一般配合力作用要大,而千粒重性状却相反;亲本的一般配合力与组合的特殊配合力对组合单株产量的提高都起着重要作用,但是后者的作用要大些。综合来看,8个亲本材料中Zi66是最好的,以它为亲本之一配制的杂交后代中,选育出大穗型、整精米率高的品系可能性很高,但株高可能偏高;故应选择株高适当偏矮的亲本与之杂交,并在选育过程中加强株高的选择。
26 single-cross hybrids between 8 restorer lines were made according to Griffing Ⅳ,general combining ability of parental restorer lines and specific combining ability of 26 single-cross combinations was analyzed,the result showed that there were greater differences between GCA of parents or between SCA of F1 combinations,the SCA effects of F1 combinations were not consistent with the GCA effects of parents,SCA played a greater role than GCA in the main stem panicles,filled grains,seed setting rate,while for 1000-grain weight on the contrary; Both GCA and SCA played an important role in yield per plant,but the latter was larger.In a word,Zi66 was the best material in 8 parents,which had a high possibility of breeding a good material with large spike type,the high rate of milled rice strain if Zi66 was used as one of the parents,but the plant height of their offspring was too high; so the other paint with low height should be selected,meanwhile,the choice of plant height in the selection process should be enhanced.
