摘要
辽宁省农科院稻作所利用“籼粳架桥”人工制恢技术,于1975年首次育成粳型强恢复系C57,为BT型、滇型粳三系应用于北方奠定了基础。黎优57是我国生产上第一个推广的粳型杂交组合,1980年后,南方也开始了粳型杂交稻的应用。近年利用广亲和基因,杂交粳稻又进入到粳爪交次亚种间和粳籼交亚种间杂种优势利用的新阶段。
The development of C 57,the first japonica restorer line developed by the Rice Research Insti-tute of the Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences through hybridization of indica and japonica in 1975,laidthe foundation for developing japonica hybrid rice with BT-type and Dian-type CMS lines in the north ofChina.Liyou 57(Liming A×C 57)was the first japonica hybrid released and planted commercially in China.Since 1980,japonica hybrid rice has been grown in the south.In view of the selection and breeding of japonicaCMS lines,it is proper to develop gametophytic CMS lines with indica cytoplasm and japonica nucleus andfavourable for making high-yielding and fine-quality hybrid combinations.The discoveries of the widelycompatible gene and the photoperiod-sensitive genic male-sterility in rice have advanced japonica hybrid ricebreeding to a new period of breeding two-line rice hybrids and utilizing the heterosis between japonica and javanica even that between japonica and indica.
