脉搏轮廓温度稀释连续测定法与漂浮导管测定心输出量的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨脉搏轮廓温度稀释连续测定心输出量(PiCCO)与用漂浮导管(Swan-Ganz)的热稀释法测量心输出量之间的一致性。方法选取62例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者,同时用PiCCO与Swan-Ganz导管测量其心输出量。结果 PiCCO与用Swan-Ganz导管的热稀释法测量的心输出量之间无明显的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 PiCCO测量的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的心输出量与Swan-Ganz导管同样准确,且较后者具有更安全、方便、可持续监测等特点。 Objective To investigate the coherence of Pulse Index Continuous Cardiac Output (PiCCO) and Swan-Ganz catheter in monitoring the cardiac output of acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. Methods Sixty-two AMI patients from April of 2012 to April of 2013 were selected and their cardiac outputs were measured by PiCCO and Swan-Ganz catheter simultaneously. Results There was no significant difference between the cardiac output of in acute ST elevation myocardial infarction patients monitored through PiCCO and Swan-Ganz catheter (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Although PiCCO is as accurate as Swan-Ganz catheter in monitoring cardiac output of AMI patients, it is safer, more convenient and more consistent.
