刷镀渗入Sn镀层和Cu+ln复合镀层耐磨性的研究 被引量:4

Wearing Capacity of Layers Sn, Cu+In Brush-Electroplated and Alloy-Diffused

摘要 作者在电镀扩散法的基础上发展了一种表面强化处理新工艺——刷镀渗入法。这种方法主要由电刷镀工艺和渗金属工艺复合而成。摩擦磨损试验结果表明,这种方法的工艺可行性良好,并且通过机理分析论证了它确实能够依靠减摩来提高耐磨性。 Based on the Electroplating and Diffusion technology the authors developed a new surface-strengthened treatment method, named brush-electroplating and alloy-diffusion method, which consists of brush-electroplating technology and alloy-diffusion technology. Three kinds of materials, steel(40Cr), Cu-alloy(H62)and Al-alloy(LY12), were selected and brush-electroplated layers of various thickness of Sn, Sn and Cu+In on them, and then these materials were heated in a tube-shaped electric furnace. Three materials were brush-electroplated by way of the standard method but the plating-parameters were different. The temperature of the furnace was controled by a temperature-conditioner, meanwhile if necessary the test specimens were protected by being placed in a N2 atmosphere, a best metal-diffusion technology was determined by a trial and error method. Using the specimens which were made from three kinds of material and treated by the brush-electroplating and alloy-diffusion in the various conditions, the authors carried out the friction-wear tests in which the friction moment, friction factor, wear capacity and friction temperature were measured. The tests showed that the four parameters greatly decreased because of the treatment and each kind of specimens had a optimum plating-thickness, that is 2μmSn on 40Cr specimen, 15μmSn on H62 and 4μmCu+16μmIn on LY12. The specimens were analyzed in line before and after alloy-diffusing by using a JXCA-733 X-Ray Micro-Analyzer. The analysis identified the reality of alloy-diffusion, the thickness and the structure of the plating-layers or diffusion-layers. Besides, the authors also made some theo-ritical analysis and explanations of the diffusing temperature, diffusing-layer structure and the brush-electroplating and alloy-diffusion method. In conclusion, the new method is a well-used technology of surface-strengthened treatment and the authors basically established the technology under the conditions of this paper.
