摘要
回顾了我国粮食流通体制及市场体系的发展历程,阐述了粮食流通与粮食行业法制化建设的内在联系,评述了域外有关国家粮食流通的法制资源。最后给出了促进粮食行业法制化建设的若干建议。
The paper first reviews the grain circulation system and the development of the market system in our country, expounds the inner link between the food circulation and the legalization of the food industry, and then explains the legal resources abroad concerning grain circulation. Finally the paper gives some suggestions on promoting legislation of the food industry.
