岩土锚固结构腐蚀程度的评估 被引量:14

摘要 岩土锚固结构在我国已有数十年的应用,如何评估岩土锚固结构的耐久性尤其是腐蚀程度是目前比较关注的问题。在研究分析影响锚固结构腐蚀影响因素的基础上,将物元分析理论引入层次分析法,建立岩土锚固结构腐蚀程度的多层次评估模型(锚固段(自由段)和锚头分别建立,各包括17个和5个指标及子指标),确定各项指标的评估标准和评估模型各部分的初始权重,提出实际评估时采用变权评估,对指标体系给出相应的评判标准,给出岩土锚固结构腐蚀程度的变权评估方法。最后对示范工程渝黔公路的一段岩土锚固结构实例进行腐蚀程度评估。 The ground anchored structures are widely used for almost tens years in China;and the anchored structures are vulnerable to failure by corrosion in the metal elements.It will cause injury or loss of life,significant economic loss,and large rehabilitation costs.Therefore,people pay more attention to how to evaluate the corrosion of ground anchored structure.By analyzing the influential factors of corrosion of ground anchored structure and drawing the theory of matter element analysis(MEA) into analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a multi-level assessment model and an evaluation method to estimate the corrosion of the existing ground anchored structures are constructed.The initial weights and the index system used in the model are established.The changeable weight is adopted.The AHP model for the fixed length(free length) has 17 indexes;and the AHP model for anchor head has 5 indexes.Meanwhile,the criteria for the index system are given.Finally,the corrosion evaluation procedures are presented by an example which is a part of demonstration project in Chongqing—Guizhou Highway.
