摘要 大型自动化立体仓库是物流重要环节,其货物存取效率至关重要,而货位优化配置是提升其效率的有效方法.比较分析了几种常见的货位优化方法后,选择周期性病毒遗传算法(CVEGA)进行优化仿真,并根据实际优化条件设计了列数优先的病毒编码规则.结果表明:和传统遗传算法相比,计算效率有了明显提升,更能满足现场实际需求. AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) is an important link of the internal logistics process in enterprise production, and its efficiency is crucial. Slotting optimization is an effective way to im- prove it. Several kinds of common optimization algorithms have been compared and studied and a new algo- rithm based on CVEGA (Cyclical Virus Evolutionary Genetic Algorithm) has been selected to optimize the slotting. The design of virus coding based on "columns priority" according to actual optimized conditions has been presented, too. The result indicates that its computational efficiency has been improved signifi- cantly compared with the traditional genetic algorithm,so it is better to meet the actual need of the scene.
