摘要
基于遗传算法的基本原理,针对多项目资源平衡问题本身的特点,通过建立适当的数学模型,提出了解决多项目资源平衡问题一种全新的精确解法,并通过实际算例表明该算法的有效性.
Basing on the theorem of genetic algorithm and the characteristic of multi-project resource balance, we design a mathematic model to optimize the NP problem. This paper has proposed a new precision method to resolve multi-project resource balance. Finally, we give an application to demonstrate its effectiveness.
