摘要
ERP沙盘模拟课程是一门管理类综合实训课程,目前,该课程的定位、目标等大方向都有了一定的研究,然而,它的教学设计、教学方法等细节方面研究却极为欠缺。本文以如何设计沙盘培训课程为主导,以带领学生参加河北省会计技能大赛的过程为线索,具体提出"本着循序渐进的原则,实施以周为单位比赛式"的课程设计思路,彻底改变了被动式教学,体现了学生为主、教师为辅的教学理念。
The sand table simulation course is a management comprehensive training course, relates to the cost accounting, financial accounting, marketing and other disciplines of knowledge, has been paid more attention by enterprises and universities. At present, positioning of the course target, direction have been studied a lot, however, the details of teaching design, the teaching methods are few. In this paper, taking design of the sand table training courses as the leading role, students＇ participation in accounting skills competition of Hebei Province as a clue, the authors put forward the curricula design ＂in line with the principle of gradual implementation, unit competition each week＂, completely changed the passive teaching.
