摘要
在当前的高职管理类专业人才培养中,存在着学生理论基础不扎实、实践能力不强、对学习目标认识不清以及"双师"型素质教师相对缺乏等问题。ERP沙盘模拟教学作为一门综合性的管理类实训课程,再现了企业运营的所有关键环节,对高职管理类专业学生的能力培养、理论学习及实践能力等,都能起到重要的作用。但同时也要避免将ERP沙盘模拟经营当作玩游戏或陷入"放羊式"管理误区。
There are a series of problems in the current management programs in vocational colleges, which include students＂ lack of solid theoretical foundation, low practical ability, ambiguous knowledge of learning objective and lack of dual-qualification teachers. As a comprehensive management practical training course, ERP Sand Table Imitation Teaching represents all key parts of corporate operations and plays a critical role in theory study and practical ability developments of the students of management programs in vocational colleges. But we must keep ourselves from mistakening ERP Sand table imitation management for ＂games＂ or＂ ＂sheep herding style＂ management.
