摘要
国内首次系统性地研究硫酸钙晶须对沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响、硫酸钙晶须与沥青作用机理以及导致硫酸钙晶须在沥青混合料应用过程中结构破坏的原因,对于硫酸钙晶须在道路领域的应用具有极高指导性和推广意义。硫酸钙晶须能够有效改善沥青的耐高温性能;提高沥青混合料的抗车辙能力;表面改性硫酸钙晶须与沥青通过表面改性剂连接;大孔隙率级配、降低拌和温度、缩短拌和时间等措施均可有效抑制硫酸钙晶须的破坏。
The influences of the calcium sulfate whisker on the properties of asphalt and asphalt mixture,the mechanisms of connections between calcium sulfate whisker and asphalt,and reasons causing calcium sulfate whisker damaged in the process of the asphalt mixture application are systematically studied in this paper to pro-mote the application of calcium sulfate whisker in the asphalt pavement. Calcium sulfate whisker can help as-phalt to resist the high temperature and improve the resistance of the asphalt mixture to rutting. Surface modify-ing calcium sulfate whisker and asphalt are connected through the surface modification agent. Employing the high porosity gradation of the asphalt mixture and mixing the asphalt mixture at lower temperature or for shorter time could restrain the breach of calcium sulfate whisker.
