摘要
目的:观察运用中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选择我卫生院收治的慢性胃炎患者64例,根据不同治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,药物有果胶铋、维酶素片、阿莫西林胶囊,治疗组在对照组用药基础上联合中医辩证中药治疗,比较两组的治疗结果。结果:治疗组的治疗有效率为96.8%;对照组的治疗总有效率为81.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=7.98,P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎相对于单纯西医治疗疗效好,复发率低。
Objective： To abserve the curative effect of treating patients with chronic gastritis by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods： 72 patients with chronic gastritis in the township health center were individed in treatment group and control group （36 cases in each group） according to different therapeutic method. Control group was given routine medication of colloidal bismuth pectin , vitacoenzyme tablets and amoxicillin capsules and treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine medication in which treatment outcome was observed in two groups. Results： Total effective rate of treatment group was 96.8% and control group was 81.2% in which there was significant difference （X2=7.98,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with control group, treating patients with chronic gastritis by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective and low recurrence rate.
