摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法 174例慢性胃炎患者被随机分为实验组(n=89)和对照组(n=85),对照组给予常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。结果两组在总有效率,痊愈率方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论中西医结合用于慢性胃炎的治疗,对于改善临床效果,提高患者生活质量是很有意义的,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect on traditional Chinese combined with western medicine therapy used in GC. Methods 174 cases of patients with GC were randomly divided into experimental group （n=89） and control group （n=85）.Control groups were given therapy of routine western drugs, and experimental group were added to traditional Chinese therapy on base of control group. Results The total effective rate and excellent rate in experimental group were signifi cantly better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese combined with western medicine therapy used in treatment of GC, is meaningful for enhancing clinical effect and reducing the pain of patients. So it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
