摘要
行政信息公开作为行政程序的一项重要原则,既是政治民主化的必然趋势,又是社会主义法治建设的客观要求。在保障相对人的知情权,监督行政主体行为方面的作用已逐渐为公众所认可,运用经济学视角分析行政信息公开的困境与路径,深具重要现实意义。
Administrative information disclosure is an important principle of administrative procedures, which is the inevitable trend of political democratization, and it is a necessary requirement in the building of socialist rule of law. To protect people＇s right to know the information, and supervise role of the administrative body acts as the public has been recognized gradually. It is practical significance to analyse the plight and path of administrative information disclosure from economics perspective.
