摘要 通过对氧化钙膨胀熟料的水化动力学研究,探讨了水化程度与水化时间、水化反应温度的关系;利用Avrami结晶反应动力学模型对试验结果进行拟合,得出了不同水化反应温度下的水化反应速率常数和反应活化能等动力学参数.结果表明:氧化钙膨胀熟料具有较快的水化反应速率,其早期水化程度随水化反应温度的增加而增长明显,水化时间不断减少;此后的水化反应程度逐渐趋缓.通过计算可得到氧化钙膨胀熟料的水化反应表观活化能E_a为24.14 kJ/mol. By the research of hydration kinetics process of CaO expansion clinker, the relationship between hydration degree, hydration time and temperature was explored~ Avrami crystallization reaction kinetics model was used to deal with the experimental results, hydration reaction rate constants, activation energy and other kinetic parameters under different temperatures were obtained. The results indicate that the hy- dration rate of CaO expansion clinker is relatively high, with rising temperature the increase of hydration degree is relatively more significant and the hydration time decreases gradually in early age; after that the growth of hydration degree tends to slow down gradually. By calculating, the hydration activation energy of CaO expansion clinker is 24.14 kJ/mol.
