茴香花粉传播距离及隔离结实规律 被引量:1

摘要 运用花粉捕捉法和15N示踪技术研究了茴香(Foeniculum vulgare Mill.)不同开花时期在不同栽培环境下的花粉风力和昆虫传播距离,同时研究了花期隔离对茴香种子产量的影响。结果表明,茴香生长环境是影响花粉风力传播距离和数量的重要因素,在空旷的蔬菜地最远传播距离为900 m,棉花区亦为900 m,玉米区花粉传播距离最远为450 m。通过对昆虫的传播距离研究可知,茴香良种繁育有效距离在蔬菜区(空旷地)应在2 200 m外,中秆作物区(棉花区)应在2 000 m外,高秆隔离区(玉米区)应在1 200 m外。与全隔离区相比,对照(自然授粉)和上部隔离授粉分别增产251.4%和125.0%。 Spreading distance of fennel pollen by wind and insect during different flowering time in different cultivation environments were studied by pollen capturing method and 15N tracing.Effect of flowering time interval on seed yield of fennel(Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) was investigated.Results showed that fennel growing environment played an important role in wind spreading distance and quantity of pollen.The longest spreading distance of pollen in open vegetable field was 900 m the same as in cotton field.In maize field the spreading distance of pollen was 450 m.Based on studying insect spreading distance,effective distance of good fennel variety was beyond 2 200 m in vegetable yield (open area),beyond 2 000 m in middle straw crop yield (cotton),and beyond 1 200 m in high straw crop yield(maize).The seed yield of natural pollination (control) and upper isolation pollination were higher than that of total isolation pollination with 251.4% and 125.0%,respectively.
