利用^(15)示踪技术研究杉木育苗施用氯化铵与硫酸铵的效果

摘要 盆栽杉苗,应用同位素^(15)N示踪技术,研究氯化铵与硫酸铵对苗木产量的影响,氮肥利用率,以及苗木与土壤间氮素平衡的状况。结果表明:这两种氮肥对杉木苗均有明显的效果,而这两种肥料之间无显著性差异。这两种肥料对杉苗当年氮利用率稍有差异。当年土壤中残留^(15)N,施用氯化铵者高于施用硫酸铵者当年^(15)N损失量,施用氯化铵者低于施用硫酸铵者。 Author studied influence of ammonia chloride and ammonium sulphate uponseedling output; utilization ratio of nitrogenous fertilizer; condition of nitrogen balance betw-een seedling and soil with ^(15)N tracer technology. The result showed: the two nitrogenousfertilizer had clear effect to China fir seedling, there is no outstanding difference between thetwo nitrogenous fertilizer, they had a little difference to utilization ratio of nitrogenous ferti-lizer of China fir seedling in those years, ammonia chloride was higher than ammonium sulphateremaining ^(15)N in soil in those years but the former was lower than the latter in loss quantilyof ^(15)N in those years.
