摘要
以苹果酸、尿素和20%发烟硫酸为原料,进行缩合反应合成脲嘧啶。在无水碳酸钾存在下,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和丙酮为溶剂,4-叔丁基苄氯与脲嘧啶反应,合成了2个1-(4-叔丁基苄基)脲嘧啶类化合物。目标化合物均通过1H NMR和元素分析确证,生物活性测试表明该类化合物有一定的除草活性,100μg/mL的1-(4-叔丁基苄氯)脲嘧啶对油菜根长生长抑制具有较好的效果。
Uracil was synthesized from malic acid,urea and 20% oleum.Using the solvent of N,N-dimethylformamide and acetone,two 1-(4-tert-butylbenzyl)uracil derivatives were synthesized by reacting 4-tert-butylbenzyl chloride with uracil in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate.The target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and elementary analysis.The herbicidal activities of these compounds were examined.The biological test results showed the compound had certain herbicidal activity.1-(4-tert-butylbenzyl)uracil with the concentration of 100 μg/mL had good anti Brassica napus activity.
