摘要
植物源性食品是人们日常生活中不可或缺的食物来源。对植物源性食品中农药残留进行有效的监测,保障食品质量安全,已成为公众关注的热点话题。由于植物源性食品种类多、涉及各种基质、需要检测的农药种类多、相关的农药残留限量标准严格,因此建立快速、准确和灵敏的多残留检测技术意义重大。本文综述了近年来植物源性食品中农药残留的相关技术,主要包括植物源性食品中农药残留的前处理技术和仪器检测技术。分别阐述了其原理、方法特点及相关应用进展,并展望了本领域的发展方向,以期为相关研究提供有意义的参考。
Plant-based foods are an indispensable source of nutrition in people’s daily lives.Monitoring pesticide residues in foods of plant origin effectively to ensure the safety of people’s table has become a hot issue of general concern.Due to the many types of plant-derived foods,the complexity of the matrix,the variety of pesticide residues involved,and the strict standards for the relevant pesticide residue limits,it is of great significance to establish a rapid,accurate and sensitive multi-residue detection technique.This paper reviewed the techniques related to pesticide residues in plant-derived foods in recent years,mainly including pre-treatment techniques and instrumental detection techniques for pesticide residues in plant-derived foods.The principles,methodological features and related application progress were described respectively,and finally the development direction was prospected,with a view to providing reference for related research.
