不是供给创造需求 ,而是供给创新创造需求。供给创新包括产品创新、工序创新和管理创新 ,以及相应的制度创新。需求创新只能解决短期需求急剧下降问题 ,但不能从根本上改变经济的颓势 ,要使经济彻底摆脱衰退 ,进入持续稳定增长 ,只有不断地实行供给创新政策。
It is supply innovation, not supply that creates demand. Supply innovation includes product innovation, working procedure innovation, and management innovation as well as corresponding system innovation. Demand innovation may work to solve the problem of temporarily dramatic decline of demand but cannot completely change the economic recession. Only by constantly implementing the policy of supply innovation can economy turn recession into sustained smooth growth.
