摘要 官利制度是近代中国股份制企业中独具特色的分配方式。它与西方股份制企业制度引进中国相伴而生 ,是经过变革而又适应中国社会经济结构的一种经济制度。近代中国社会经济结构的环境条件、中国近代资本市场的高利贷性质和中国悠久的商事习惯 ,是导致其产生和长期存在的根本原因。其本身利弊共生 ,但却适应当时的社会。正是这些独具特色的事物 。 Fixed interest system was the peculiar profit distribution pattern of China's joint stock companies in modern times. Originating with the introduction of the western joint stock enterprise system, it was a new economic system that had been adapted to the Chinese socio economic structure. The fundamental reasons for its appearance, spread and long term survival were the environment provided by China's modern socio economic structure, the usurious nature of the capital market in modern China and Chinese traditional business customs. The system had both advantages and disadvantages, and suited the society at that time. The unique characteristics of the system give us an excellent way to understand the national conditions of modern China.
