摘要
新时期高校的管理模式都在努力从以教师为中心向以学生为主体转变,高校学生参与学校管理及进行自我管理是现代大学内部管理的一种新形势。本文以浙江大学大类培养模式为例,通过分析与归纳,总结大类培养模式下提高大学生自我管理的经验,对新时期高校管理模式的发展具有积极意义。
The center of university management mode in the new period is transforming from teachers to students, and university students＇ participation in university management and their self-management is a new situation of modern university internal management. Exemplified by the broad heading cultivation mode of Zhejiang University, this paper, through analysis and summa- rization, concluded the experience of university students＇ serf-management under the broad heading cultivation mode, which is of positive significance to the development of university management mode in the new period.
