经尿道等离子体前列腺剜除术治疗巨大体积前列腺增生 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨腔内治疗经尿道等离子体前列腺剜除术（Transurethral enucleationa resection of prostate，TUERP）治疗巨大体积前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法回顾我院2011年4月至2013年1月共收治21例巨大前列腺体积前列腺增生症患者，采取TUERP治疗，并收集临床资料。结果本组21例手术均成功完成，手术时间90-126min，平均（115．2±34．8）min，术中无直肠损伤、无输血者、无水中毒、大出血或膀胱穿孔等并发症，术后1、3个月IPSS、Qmax、Qol与术前相比差异有统计学意义，P=-0．000；术后随访乱16个月，平均（10.3±3．1）个月，无尿失禁、尿道狭窄、尿路感染发生。结论经尿道等离子体前列腺剜除术治疗巨大体积前列腺增生症是有效的、安全治疗方法。
