摘要
目的探讨侧裂区域自发性出血患者在3D-CTA或3D-DSA上的特点,分析其对临床诊断、治疗的指导意义。方法回顾性收集120例自发性侧裂区域出血患者行3D-CTA或3D-DSA资料,综合分析出血量、出血部位及相应临床表现后,予以内科综合、外科手术或介入手术治疗。结果手术组及介入组治疗预后效果无明显差异,侧裂区出血早期手术较晚期手术预后效果好。结论自发性侧裂区域出血患者,首先应积极行3D-CTA或3D-DSA,以明确病因,指导临床。
