摘要
目的探究米非司酮联合孕三烯酮在子宫内膜异位症术后辅助治疗中的应用效果。方法选取在我院进行治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者48例,分为对照组和观察组两组,每组24例,在进行手术治疗后,对照组患者只给予米非司酮进行辅助治疗,观察组患者给予米非司酮联合孕三烯酮进行辅助治疗,然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者总有效率提高,复发率减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者相比,不良反应发生率差别不大,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于子宫内膜异位症术后患者来说,米非司酮联合孕三烯酮进行辅助治疗,使治疗的有效率明显提高,复发率降低,但不良反应较大,临床医师应根据患者的实际情况选择合理的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis after operation. Methods Selected 48 cases of patients in the treatment of endometriosis after operation, and we divided two groups, observation group and the control group, 24 cases in each group. The patients in control group only received mifepristone, and patients in the observation group were given mifepristone combined with gestrinone, then we compared the different effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total efficiency of the patients in observation group increased, and the relapse rate reduced, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Compared two groups of patients, the incidence of side effect was little different, and the difference was not statistically significant （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion For the patients in the treatment of endometriosis after operation, mifepristone combined with gestrinone can increase the efficiency and reduce the relapse rate, and clinicians should make a reasonable choice.
