摘要
孤独症儿童康复训练过程中的家庭照顾者存在心理困境大、能力不足、社会支持弱等问题。研究选择了行动研究法,选择能力提升、心理调适、建构社会支持网络三位一体的服务框架,探讨社会工作者在机构如何推展社会工作服务,并从实证的角度探讨社会工作本土化的问题。行动研究表明,要在康复机构提供本土化的社会工作服务,社会工作者要整合心理调适、能力提升、社会服务三个维度,处理好专业关系的建立及与机构的合作等问题。
The autism children family caregivers are faced with such problems as heavy mental pressure,insufficient ability and weak social support in the process of rehabilitation training. By applying the method of action research,this paper constructs the trinity service framework of enhancing ability,adjusting mentality and restructuring social support networks,explores how social workers can expand their social work service in the rehabilitation institutions,and probes into the localization of social work from an empirical perspective. The research shows that the localization of social work in these institutions is determined by how well social workers can cope with the above-mentioned three-dimensional relationship,establish professional relationship and cooperate with the institutions.
