摘要
通过访谈法、问卷调查和数理统计法,对南京市业余乒乓球教练员进行调查分析,研究表明教练员训练科学化水平以及科研能力不高,许多专业知识需要进一步完善,加强业余乒乓球教练员队伍建设相当重要,以助于我国乒乓球运动在群众体育运动的推广。
Through using the method of interview , questionnaire and mathematical statistics , this paper investi-gates and analyzes the status of amateur table tennis coaches .The result shows that their scientific level and re-search ability is not high , and needs further improvement .It is very important to strenghten the amateur table ten-nis coaches team construction and promote the table tennis development in mass sports .
