关于钢板轧制厚度控制技术的研究

摘要 钢板轧制厚度控制技术是钢板轧制过程中最重要、最基础的控制技术。以辽宁汇通企业集团公司1050四辊可逆式轧机改造为研究内容,对轧机的自动厚度控制系统设计理论进行了研究,结合轧机的弹跳方程曲线及钢板变形塑性曲线,分析了各种干扰因素对轧机钢板出口厚度的影响,建立了电液位置控制系统理论模型,研究了位置压下控制中的AGC问题,实现自动位置控制和轧机的顺序控制。通过实测轧制数据可知,轧制钢板实际厚度与钢板设定厚度的最大差值为0.054 mm,中心部位与边缘部位最大厚度差不超过0.039 mm,钢板厚度控制系统控制精度达到控制要求指标。 Steel plate rolling thickness control is the most important and basic control technology in the process of rolling steel plate.This paper takes the 1050 mm 4-Rollers reversing mill modification for research contents in Liaoning Huitong Enterprise Group Company.It focuses its attention on the study of the design theory of AGC(Automatic Gauge Control),and combines the equation curve of rolling mill spring with the plastic strain curve to analyse the various factors which influence the thickness of the strip.In addition,it also establishes theoretical model for the electro-hydraulic position control system and studies the control problem of AGC under the pressure of the position,in order to realize APC(Automatic Position Control) and the rolling mill control of sequence.Through measured data of the rolling mill,the biggest difference between the actual size and setting size of steel plate rolling is about 0.054 mm.The maximum thickness difference between central part and edge position is no more than 0.039 mm.The precision control of the steel plate thickness control system and precision meets the control requirement.
